Quentin P. Riggins Appointed to Grandview Medical Center Board of Trustees

(BIRMINGHAM, AL – January 4, 2017) --- Quentin P. Riggins has been appointed to the Grandview Medical Center Board of Trustees. Riggins is Senior Vice President of Governmental and Corporate Affairs for Alabama Power.
Riggins has 23 years of experience in Alabama government having worked under three governors. He worked for six years with the Business Council of Alabama before starting his own governmental affairs company in 2010.
Riggins holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and distributive education from Auburn University, where he was a second team All-American and All-Southeastern Conference linebacker. He is an active community leader serving on the Auburn Athletics Strategic Advisory Committee and chairing the Auburn University Capital Campaign. He currently serves on the board of directors for VOICES for Alabama’s Children, Energy Institute of Alabama and the Business Council of Alabama Progress PAC. He is a former member of both the Leadership Alabama and the Baptist Foundation boards.
Riggins is married to Kimi Vines. They have one child.
